Power Life Cycle Station

Automated power life cycle testing station for controlling DC motors and devices, featuring adjustable voltage output and programmable sequence execution for various automotive and transportation applications.

MGA’s line of life cycle test stations have the potential to conduct many types of tests. The Power Life Cycle Station is a controller that will operate a series of electrical connections to control DC motors that are utilized in many types of systems. The station is automated by a central PLC, and is programmed by the operator through easy-to-use software.

Devices that require DC voltage may be attached to the controller through the wiring harness and then setup to perform limitless combinations of functions. Popular examples include power seat adjustment, motor actuation, heating components, window cycling, etc. MGA has been conducting life cycle testing for many years and has optimized the design of this multi-purpose test tool.
