Small Mass / Mobile Test System
Our Small Mass/Mobile Test System is designed to perform tests on smaller components up to 60 pounds. The system has an integrated reaction mass, and many features built in to offer tuning flexibility.
- System tunable from 10 to 20,000 Hz
- Knee frequency variable from 400 to 3,000 Hz
- Amplitude up to 100,000 G
- Data acquisition compliant to MIL-STD 810G, up to 32 channels or more
Large Mass Pyroshock System
Our Large Mass System is designed for larger test articles or for those who need even more tunability and flexibility in a shock system. Some additional capabilities available in this system are:
- Multiple control outputs for two or three staggered shock pulses, providing multiple knee frequencies
- Larger resonant beams, up to 24 inches wide
- Longer resonant beams offering a broader range of knee frequencies
Coming soon...
MGA is currently developing a Large Mass Horizontal Pyroshock System. This system will allow engineers to test large test samples, such as satellites, without facing the challenges of fixturing in three independent axes.
