Since our establishment in CA, we have invested in the incorporation of five full-sized drive-in environmental chambers, nine walk-in chambers, and multiple reach-in chambers. This diverse inventory allows us to conduct testing on anything from a small material coupon to a full-size cargo van, replicating a wide range of environmental conditions. Our chambers are capable of a broad temperature range from -40C to over 100C with humidity and are equipped for both static aging and thermal cycling. Test scenarios include robotic or pneumatic lifecycle simulations, airbag deployments, and dynamic impacts at both the component and vehicle levels, even in extreme hot or cold environments.

With 10 independent controllers of different capability, over 70 various actuators, and 3 robots, MGA has capability for a multitude of test setups, ranging from long running lifecycle to individual strength and rigidity testing. Applicable load capabilities range from handheld loads up to 150,000 lb-f. Testing can be conducted on components within fixtures or within a full vehicle or buck and at ambient or environmental conditions.
